Kimberly Thomas
A native of Charlotte, NC, Thomas is a graduate student studying Arts Administration at Winthrop University. She has worked in the arts and nonprofit industries for over a decade, including the Mint Museum, where she curated a nationally acclaimed exhibition that explored the beauty and complexity of the black male image. Thomas is a fierce proponent of fair representation and supports artists throughout the community.
She is married with a six-year-old son who has Autism. She is an advocate for children with special needs and is honored to be a part of the NC Black Disabilities Network.
